I have a white spot/dot on my left foot. It is at the side where your foot can get hard. It's small but there is a bit of pain. Not enough to stop me from walking but still there is pain. It seems more inside my skin rather than being a bump. There is actually no bump its just white inside my skin. There is only one and I looked around so I am thinking it's a verruca wart but I'm not sure. Please help. Will it go away or is there treatment for my foot. I am 13 and I do gumdo ( sword fighting class not fencing) and we have to do it barefoot. Thankyou.
